Alright, I'll keep this brief.

My problem boils down to this: When ever I'm alone i can spit great game with a girl, in a group or surrounded by friends ( hers or even mine ) my game becomes horse shit!

What should i do guys?

you are fine. you do not game your girl when she is in a group. you game her alone, by slowly taking her away from the group. in a group, you got cockblocks already, so it wont work.
