"I miss you", everybody has seen this and heard this. Sometimes it's sincere and others just a polite courtesy. Either way I consider it an IOI. What are the best ways to respond to it? Cocky Funny responses would be well appreciated. However, I typically am dealing with girls I was close with and have been apart from for quite some time.

No, not "I know". That would come off as pretty arrogant.

If you want to be cocky, say something like "no doubt about that " or "I hope you can survive without me ".

In any case, it depends on the situation. How long do you know this girl and what kind of girl is she? Cockiness is not the only answer.

Keep in mind this girl has been around haha Shes a great girl, and a great friend. But she has ALOT of experience...and I...at the time had no experience at all. If you're face to face...with the right voice tone, confidence, and circumstance...if a girl comes up to you and hugs you and says "I miss you"....you can pull off that "I know." response...Depending how you play yourself...depends whether or not she will take it as arrogance, or a sort of playful teasing, or as "I know.....I miss you too".
