I can talk to the girls easily because it's in a situation where I'm comfortable, but my problem is getting numbers or dates after I get off of work. Any suggestions on how to close?

I am not sure about how that will go. I have a feeling that this won't work well. You work there and if you are hitting on girls, which you aren't but girls may get a wrong impression if you do it incorrectly, but if you do it correctly, then I would say, go for it. For instance, if a girl comes there every now and then with her friend and is alone or goes home by herself, you could develop a customer and an employee relationship and slowly transition into getting her number. But, understanding the social dynamics there, I suggest, you do not try to pick up every girl you think is cute. That would cost you to lose your job. Its like a male gynocologist trying to PU his patients. Sometimes, we have to go by our professional integrity.

I'll probably get a disagreement. But you were hired to work, not to hit on women. If I was an employer, I'd be pissed if the people I was paying were getting paid to flirt with women and try to get laid. Just go to the bar when you're not working.
