I'm a guy looking to 'pick-up' some guys.

My buddies right now don't do shit with their lives. They just sit around their apartments, always choosing short-term over long-term happiness, never pursuing their dream life or dream girl. I love them, but to be honest, they're a nerdy, and seem to be pretty set in their ways.

Basically, my question is this: How can I learn to be cooler, and make friends with guys who are more into sports and going out at night? Is there PUA material written on this, the same way there are reams of material written on picking up girls? For example, should you 'neg' a guy in the same way you would a girl, or is that just weird and flirtatious?

Join a sports league or sports club, go to a sports bar on a big game night and be social. Buy a pitcher of beer and find a table with some cool fun dudes and ask them if you can join. Then just be one of the guys.

I agree, just Google "Adult Football in City name" and go from there. Most communities have this sort of thing going on, all you do is get the POC information and then cal and say "Hey I would like to see what your league is all about."

Then go meet them.
