Hey guys,

so I just wanted to ask how you guys can control your feelings. I am not going to lie, I am an extremely sensitive person, ever since I was a child.

PU has taught me a lot on what behavior is attractive and whatnot, but there always comes a point with a girl where I develop strong feelings no matter what. Logically I know what I should be doing, but my feelings are extremely overpowering that I get onenitis very easily.

I begin to think about the girl a lot and the good times we had, and all the "AFC" stuff, and on one hand I guess it's being human, but on the other I may end up doing shit that fucks up all of my progress with her. I begin to stumble a lot as I progress further and further, and literally have to tell myself not to do anything stupid in order for me to sit back and look at things and act as if I had a lot of options.

How do you guys get a hold of your feelings? Girls for me are not just a vagina to be fucked. I appreciate every person, and especially girls, they give me a lot of pleasure and I love'em. So please don't tell me to objectify.

The good thing is your always genuine and thats admirable.

Only you can control your feelings. If you want to have feelings for someone only you can control that. I dont believe there is a technique that will allow you not to show feelings. If it was, why use it? Be yourself. If this is a part of you, then let it stay.

Now what you must control is having the ability to let things go if they dont work out, and dont be hard on yourself when they dont. You MUST have the ability to move on and continue dating. This is the only downside i see to having feelings for girls quick.

Now with that being said, just because you may develop feelings for someone early does NOT mean you have to let that person know. You can wait until you feel they deserve it or you are comfortable with it. If you let the person know to early, it may scare the girl off.

So the main thing here is being able to CONTROL your feelings rather than stop them.

As for your question, you don't deny your feelings. You accept them. There is nothing wrong falling head over heels for a girls. Trust me, 1.5 years ago years ago when I was addicted to sarging I was depressed cause I couldn't fall in love with any girl.

If you want to see the downside in every situation, you will be able to. Just make sure that she knows you like her and you wanna fuck her. Then even if she says no, you still know that you did everything that you could. And if you still think about her, you think about her. Just don't sit home and wine about it.
