I really believe now that internal state management is what it is all about with all this stuff. Everyone talks about it, but I was on a date with this hb9 yesterday and had no expectations or even hope because I got so played recently by a chick I was dating for 4 months, but somehow very early in the date, I just started relaxing and just felt like everything fell into place. There was no routine, there was no effort, there was no mental evaluation of did i say the right thing here, there etc. I just got into this mindset and the date was flowing like a river.

She was trying so hard to resist the heightened sexual tension that was building esp when we started making out hot and heavy but at the same time she loved it.

Funny thing is, I wasn't trying to act alpha, or beta or anything. I was just being me and didn't give a fuck and the rapport just get building up.

All I can say is, I am a believer now in state management and really have to learn how to control when I want to be in that optimal state. I also realize the reason that other chick played me out was because i was so out of state with her most of the time.

That's exactly how my first date was with my current gf! On the day of my first date I found out that my last gf screwed me over a bit. Was feeling really down and didn't expect much from the night. I got there early had a beer and decided, fuck it I'm going to just have fun and be myself. I wasn't even thinking about the date...I just wanted fun and a good laugh!

I relaxed almost immediately even though the girl was stunning (5ft10 athletic tanned blonde, solid hb9). I firmly believe that it's all down to how you view yourself on the inside! I'm 6ft2 but I'm no skinny dude and I'm not sporting a 6 pac but I'm comfortable with that!
