Ok so there is a good friend that I have that always talks about hot guys that she sees and hangs out with. Could this be just her way of trying to get me jealous? I'm not sure what her goal is in telling me this stuff. Any ideas?

Act disinterested, indifferent, and don't show any emotional reaction to what she is saying. If you want, you can tease her a bit and move on to another subject. Girls like these are a pain, but you can change the frame if you do it right.

Jealous? She just treating you as her "sister", sharing her adventure, it got nothing to do with pickup.
