Ok so I had a date with this hot lawyer chick on friday and she calls me around 6pm to say she's feeling destroyed and needs to crash for a few hours. It was a first date so I wasn't terribly happy about it. She asks can we meet tomrw and I said no i have plans. She goes, oh let me try to sleep it off because I have a bad headache right now. She calls me at like 10:30 to say she just woke up. I was out already...I reply like an hour later saying just saw your text and am out right now. I said let's speak next week as I am busy the rest of the weekend.

Question is, if i treat this as a flake do I reach out to her now or is it her job to call me? I don't want to do an Afc move here.

Well the girl tried to reschedule herself and you basically blew her off. Why? This is not a real flake, call her up and arrange a date. Be easy.
