I am really frustrated. I took a PUA bootcamp, the bootcamp itself was pretty good, but you have to realize that bootcamp is not a magic pill, wont turn you into PUA in 3 days. I learned the formula to seduce women, but the thing is
i lived in San Diego,Ca, USA. English is not my first language, my level is just beyond basic conversation. and i have accent, although not too heavy. im stuck at Bantering, which really required strong language skills. it is an almost impossible task . although i saw some progress after the bootcamp, but i cant make any progress because of my language skills. should i give up? i really dont want, but it seems there is no solution to my problem...
can someone give some advices?!

A lot of pick up assumes you're good at english..I think no one really mentions this...If you are not good at English, or you have an asian accent or something very strong, I believe a girl that likes you can look past this. The obstacle is ...getting past this. So you very well cant suddenly sound American...that will take some speech training.

Best option for you is to use the accent to your advantage...and condense banter into 3 or 4 words. It doesn't have to be perfect sentences. I believe banter is about....the idea...more so than the words. But the words have to make sense. So you say a banter line "you too cute" "i make u my gf and we go beach time all day" now honestly i don't know if thats how you speak, but if you smile while you say this and you touch her...it can very well accomplish the same things.

I truly believe most banter while its ...content-based...focused on what the girl says or is doing in that moment....it hardly matters if she gets the message. Also..I find doing INDIRECT game will be next to difficult for you. Very difficult. Go direct.....direct game...look it up if you're new to pick up.

Its about attraction, not about appearance

I believe appearance MATTERS, but it's not the DEFINING thing. Women go off the interaction. I know so many good lookers that FAIL bad when it comes to girls. But man they can open saying ANYTHING. But then again so can anyone who doesn't look good.
