Hey, I recorded one of my challenges for today, but i want to know how I can post it here without putting it on youtube.

any help would be appreciated.

You still need to upload it somewhere, this forum does not have file or video hosting solution.
If you do not want to post on video streaming sites you can upload it to file hosting site, such as woofiles for example.
