I've been doing pua for a few months now and i can't seem to improve my skills.I've been getting negative results and i think im doing something wrong, I still don't fully get seduction or building attraction. I think my first 12 months was not so good as well; peppered mostly by missed opportunities and a mediocre understanding of neg theory, and cocky and funny. I started getting results though after thorough analysis, continuous adjustments and calibrations of my next moves, and adaptation of PUA techniques to the proper contexts like locality, personal attributes, culture, and so on.

It's not clear from your post what method you've used and what is your pick up goal. But if you want simplicity, very clear instructions and solid scientific grounding, I highly recommend Stelar's Method. I'm still testing this method and so far the results are positive. I use a test plan though to manage the inherent risks from this approach but I assure it has SOLID scientific grounding.
