Hey Guys,

Looking for some advice out there about Neil Straus' 30 Day Challenge.

Has anyone done it?
Did it work well?
Was it just starting blocks or does it get you up to speed quickly?

I think I want to give it a go, because I need the motivation sometimes, and I believe in building a life.

Any info would be much appreciated.

Personally I would just follow the advice found on this forum. Works a lot better and you will learn a lot more for the long term.

Cheers!

I thought that maybe the step by step approach with it going ground up style might be really helpful to undo bad habits before getting new ones.

Hello there!

Neil is a good writer! I really enjoy his 'the game' novel. When I first bought the book I thought it was a collection of pickup lines, but soon found out it was more of a novel. Then I did some looking around and found his 'rules to the game' book.

Currently I haven't gone pass the first day due to my AFC-ness. I feel I need to complete it 100% before moving on. My sticky point I guess. After my trip I'll be working on the 30 days challenge from the start and won't quite till I leave again.

I'll keep you updated if you like and would love to hear from you if it worked or not. I have great hopes in the book.

Good luck!

Thanks for the update.

Of course I will be using almost all the material and advice I can get my hands on, but I feel like the building blocks approach, don't run till you can walk strategy might be helpful to keep moving forward.
