I had been reading many articles online and they mostly say the same thing. Confidence is the key. I don't have any problem talking to girls with confidence. But I have noticed that I mostly give an attitude, trying to display my alpha male status, when I am with the girl alone.

I believe that I have gotten the entire concept wrong on talking to a girl so that she feels that you are an alpha male. How can I talk to women without giving a jerky attitude, but also display an alpha male persona? How should I talk to women so that they open up easily?

I need major help, since I have started to go out and meet women at various places.

Be firm, assertive and confident...and 'alpha male'. But still be genuine, don't just run through scripts and canned material. Really listen to her. Get in her mind, well get you in her mind. "Wow, he really listened and related with me". Get in her mind will lead to getting in her pants.

To me alpha is:

-staying calm at all times, keeping your emotions and not becoming easily upset/offended
-assertiveness "so I think maybe we should go blah blah" this is exactly how you shouldn't sound
-confident
-being fun and good to be around
-resourceful
-good communicator

It's not getting angry, pushy, overly assertive or demanding. Basically you want to be the nice guy, but you don't want to be AFC. You can be alpha and still be a friendly, happy guy.

Most people think the nice guy is the bad thing and you have to be an arsehole. In reality it's completely the opposite. You just have to be a confident, self-assured nice guy. An AFC is not a confident and self-assured nice guy.

that is actually my plan and its interesting how we both came up with the same theory. I want to get into a girls mind, so that the only person she thinks about is me. She would always want to be with me.

For instance, I met this girl today. I got an impression she is very shy, not talking to a lot of people, not checking her phones like other girls does. For me, a quiet girl, like down to earth is a major turn on. Thing is I somehow ran out what to talk to her. I didn't want to come off as a creep talking to her a lot, since it was our first meeting.

So, what do you think I can ask her, like to talk to her about? I was thinking of asking her about how her day went, and then ask her what classes she is talking and then eventually we will talk about ourselves. I actually met her in a club, so I will be seeing her more often.
