K, so this is my first number close using technique ive learned. I was in class, my only one for the day so i didnt put the usual effort in my appearance which is why this is so shocking. Im sitting in the front row and a HB8 sits next to me and says hi right away. I havent showered yet, my hair is kinda greasy, im wearing a t-shirt (i never wear t-shirts) with a coffee stain on it and im overdue for a shave.

Regardless i fire into technique, talk about the class get her laughing, change subject, kino, compliment her on her smile which she received very well. Class begins and ends so as im getting ready to leave i randomly ask what music she is into, we talk for a bit but before i tell her i have to run off to the gym she tells me she has to meet with a friend. So i mustered up all my balls and as confidently as possible asked her if she wanted to grab coffee thursday night, she told me it was her friends birthday, i can dig that, but i got here number so we can make plans.

Now, i havent text her yet. I know to wait it out. Im just not sure if i should text her later today or tomorrow. Ive read a text and phone game book so i was thinking of something along the lines of:

"The bus was packed on the way home and i was pushed up against the windshield, they kicked me off when i wouldnt stop yelling, Im king of the world!!"-(my name)

I'd like some advice on the close and what to do next.

Unless that titanic line is some kind of inside joke between the two of you, I'd can it. Lose it deep beneath the Earth's crust lol.

Don't despair though, you're on the right path. Your texts to her should definitely be humorous and unconventional.

My standard procedure for the first text to her is to send her the most random and funny picture I can find online. Think memes. Dig around and you will undoubtedly find something suitable. If you laugh or smile sending it, then it's golden. Don't explain it or follow it up with any words. Just send the picture and forget about it until she responds.

Your subsequent texts to her need to be out of the ordinary. Introduce a silly nickname for her and avoid the ever-so boring "what's up", "how are you doing today", "hey babe", etc.

arrggg, i sent the titanic line. And no, it wasnt an inside joke. Hope it doesnt come off as lame, just silly. I avoid those 'whats up' text normally in my text game.

she's not into you, or comfortable with you yet, as she did not agree for the hangout you suggested (excuse = flake),

also I suggest you text girls right after getting their number to establish the frame that it is normal to be in contact with you on the phone, carry the momentum from the interaction straight from in person to on the phone,

as for text and phone game, don't get carried away, avoid building rapport over the phone all together, just make it normal for you to get in touch with her, have a convo with her on the phone after the close, then only call her to invite her out, if she is not into you she will always have excuses why to not meet up, or she will not answer, or she will always be ''busy'',

just drop these girls, they are not interested in you, get more phone numbers, now that you know how easy it is, just talk to all the girls you think are cute and ask them all out

Yea she never responded, i jumped into theory to quick rather than making it something more natural and fun. Im not hung up, im actually pretty proud. Lame, but its a small victory. Later in the week though i opened this girl at the library. Nice slender HB8, having coffee on Monday. Dam this is fun

Now should i text this girl in a week, something like "hey im going to (popular venue) to see my buddies band you should come by". Or just completely drop it?

you can try all you want, just know it will most likely lead to nothing, but hey always worth a shot (but new fresh girls will be more promising then old stale girls)
