guy:you look like such a faggot
pua:cool. so anyways...
but because my value is very high in my social circle im gettin hit from all angles with criticism by a few friends, on random things; im having trouble building some sort of frame(?) to beat this.
When someone criticizes adam lyons his frame was first to reply with:
what did you just say!?!?
so when hit with criticism just looking for ways to turn the situation around. like to have a frame set so mind doesn't blank on me. any links, books etc be helpful. thanks!

If it's friend to friend banter then you just need to come back harder but don't get angry about it, maintain the frame.
him: you're such a faggot
you: your sister didnt think so
Banter isn't being AMOGd and you can still engage in it if you maintain your frame. Worst thing you can do is ignore banter, especially if all eyes are on you. You'll look hurt.
