Greetings gentlemen,

2 nights ago I got out of a 4 year LTR. It ending is definitely for the best, so there's no question about me wanting to get back with her or anything like that.

Any thoughts on what my next move should be? I'm doing everything I can to avoid that typical guy trap of being sad and moping around after leaving an LTR. The past 2 days I've hung out with girls, got a couple of numbers, that sort of thing.

Anyone here left a long term relationship and have any advice or thoughts?

I'm thinking of maybe re-reading The Game and then just getting back out there as many nights as possible and closing as many girls as possible

Go out and get yourself a new (nice-fitting) outfit. While you're there, game the female employees helping you out. Get yourself a haircut and then hit the town running. Embrace your newfound freedom and have the time of your life.

Definitely good advice, sounds like the start of 'rules of the game', might go back over that for some inspiration.

When I used to game, I was in clubs like 3 or 4 nights a week, do you all think I'll be rusty or everything will just come back to me? I'm definitely going to have fun finding out

If there was ever anything your ex prohibited you from doing, or even looked down on, go out and do it! reinforce your new found freedom. Then do whatever it is YOU want to. Wanna reread that book? Do it! Wanna pick up chicks at a bar/club? Do it! Take some time to reacquaint yourself with yourself as a single man.

Has there been much new in pickup over the past couple of years? When I was last into the community my main sources of info were The Game, Magic Bullets, Stealth Attraction, Adam Lyons, Vin DiCarlo.

Anything useful or innovative since then I should catch up on?
