Need a kino escalating routine as wel as extra help.

I need a kino escalating routine ive realised i keep finding it hard to kino escalate for exmaple holding there hands in day game.... I don't just wanna come out and say "Hey hold my hand" not just yet.... so any help would be great


Ive realised recently i keep falling out of a conversation for example i approach a 2 set... then the two girls start taking about some other shit that i have no fucking clue what there on about... Like som einside joke.... how do i stop this or get involved back in the convo after this?????

Day game kino is easy, example: Last night at the gym, open HB8, touch her belly with the back of my hand, "Wow sweaty, your workout is ON!, I like a girl that trains as hard as I do."

Sunday, while wine tasting with an HB9, an HB8 was next to me chatting, I just took her hand, lifted it closer to my face and said, "Your nails are amazing!" NO resistance at all! (all I did was offer my hand in front of hers, she automatically put hers in it!)
