This sounds like fun to me. Make sure she knows that you are a private person. You could talk about how because of previous relationships, you like to keep things on the low. Emphasize the "secrets" aspect of the whole thing. Ah shoot, before I go any further, remember that girls like to talk. So if you think you could get this girl on your side, then she will tell you everything about your ex and you can both laugh at it. If she stays on your ex's side, she will tell her everything about you. One way or another she is going to talk! Okay so back to the privacy thing. If you can show her that you've stepped your game up and have higher standards than your ex, as well as like to keep things private, then you've got a solid chance. But really only if she has ever shown you some IOI's.
With all of that aside though, ask yourself if it's really worth going through the hassle. Eventually your ex will find out one way or another and that's just begging for drama. Though it can be fun to someone like me, you have to be willing to go through hell because this could be a bad situation. If you aren't confident that you could handle the situation, then just move on brother. Trust me, things can get UGLY!
