This time I made her guess the girl and I made it very obvious that it was her.

Her: So guess the full name

ME: before i tell you do u think she has the same feelings?

Her: NO

The thing is I can believe this she has shown IOI to me and we always flirt. Note: she has never had a BF. Should i carry on trying or should i stop and move on? Is there something wrong I have done?.

don't try to figure out if a girl likes you,
instead let her actions tell you, don't be afraid to let her know you like her in one way or another, but don't expect anything from her end,

instead just assume she likes you, and test how compliant she is, try to move things forward and if she halts them and they become stagnant at some point, then you have your answer

-will she talk to you
-will she be alone with you
-will she let you touch her in a meaningful way (holding hands/kissing/making out/sexual touching)
-will she have sex with you

if the answer is no to any of the above, then you should stop wasting your time on her, until that no turns into a yes, and you might as well test them sooner rather then later
