I have extremely low self confidence its horrible, i find it extremely hard to approach girls like almost impossible i will most of the time even avoid eye contact when i do try to approach i just clam up and i think in my head that there thinking im ugly why is he talking to me etc etc. Ive really tried to get over this but i cant i do look alot better than what i used to i have slimmed down loads and put on quite a bit of muslce through alot of hard work at the gym but i still cant do anything about my confidence do you guys have any tips of any ways in which i can try and overcome this? Help would be much appreciated i cant bare it any longer!

PUA can give you the skills and help to get what you want. But you have to look inside yourself and change how you view yourself and the world. I think you need counseling brother. But with pua, work your way up. Start talking to girls any chance you get. You'll gradually get more confident and better.

You can't approach girls NOT because you are scared or anything like that but because you are scared of rejection, you don't like to think that you will be rejected. Your ego problem? shyness? all that don't make much sense.. What you need to do to overcome this problem is go out to a mall or your town centre on the day and as you are walking around just say hi to anyone you see whether they were men, women, boys, girls, kids. Some of them will turn around and hi back to you and some will just ignore you, but once you learn how to accept the rejection from those who ignored you then you will be fine. Accepting rejection is the main key to approaching girls.
