New to MPUA Forum

Hi, I am very new to this and looking for ways to improve my game as I've always been very shy and reserved. I am considering doing either a bootcamp or 1-1 coaching in the L.A. area, but I was surprised how many options there were and it's a little overwhelming. What are some of the best regarded PUA schools/coaching systems in Los Angeles with proven track records?

I think I would benefit with a more natural approach and also need to work on my inner game. Any help/direction would be appreciated.

Before you even go out looking for coaches, check these guys out. There community of guys in So Cal that actually go out and sarge. I ran into couple of them while I was out, they seem like really cool guys and they actually help out newbies for free! This is better then any bootcamp you will take.
