I think the odds are against you here. She has a boyfriend, and you are in the friend zone.

you could flirt with her, but I wouldn't count on anything.

Other PUA's will tell you that you can seduce her on this forum, and you probably could if you are skilled enough. But it sounds like you would benefit most In the long run from going out and gaming more women, learning and becoming more proficient at pickup, rather than focusing on trying to seduce a friend.

Did the flirting ever leads you hooking up? this needs to be your goal.

use humor as a way of escalating. If you simply escalate, she may think you are aggressive. But if you use humor, and do it in a fun, playful way, it'll be harder for her to resist.

Are you okay with the friendship ending if this doesn't work out? because there is a slight chance that this will ruin the friendship. If you are too nervous, and lovey-dovey, and not confident, then not only will you destroy your chances of being with her, but you also destroy the friendship.

You're going to be most successful if you are completely indifferent about your friendship with her, and “don't care.”
