Ok I had a good/bad experience this weekend, and wow it was a real eye opener!

I've been on a few dates with this girl, and finally got back to her place. One thing leads to another and I have her naked in bed. Problem is, I'm turned on like crazy but my dick simply won't get hard! We tried three times but no luck.

This is literally the first time I've had this problem since the very first time I had sex. Wow was it embarssing. I took care of her in other ways but still... She probably thinks she couldn't turn me on or I am gay or something.

Ok so that was the first time I've had sex in a year and a half or so. Over this time I developed a porn addiction. I pretty much watch some kind or porn every day.

So I did a little research (and maybe this is obvious to all of you) and it's most likely the porn addiction/maybe too much masturbation that caused the problem. So with that in mind I am going completely cold turkey and focusing on strictly hooking up with women.

Good thing is, I am not freaking out just yet. But if it happens again I am going to be a little nervous about the situation.

First off, congrats to you for taking a step to do something in order to better yourself. You feel porn is part of a problem, and you're removing it from your life to get over the problem...Doesn't really matter what it is, it can be a tough thing to do, to give up something you enjoy lol

Secondly...while I have yet to have this problem you speak of, I know a lot of guys who have had the problem. Its somewhat normal, and I think every guy will go thru it at least once...For whatever reason, you just don't get hard. Whether you're nervous/anxious to the point your dick wont get up...whether you're drunk (the term whiskey dick), whatever the case is...it happens.

you mentioned it has been a long time since you had sex last...So perhaps on some deep level you were just kinda nervous...Performance Anxiety.. Its been a while you were in that situation, the girl is hot, she likes you, you like her....I firmly believe that it happens to the best out there.

Hopefully its just a one time thing...If it happens repeatedly, you may want to go see a Doctor and see what your options are to treat your E.D....But I don't think thats the case....I think you were just so excited, that your dick was overwhelmed and couldnt get hard.

Talk to the girl, let her know that there is a first time for everything, and perhaps assure her that it was not because of something she was doing..

If she likes you enough, she will be understanding, and you guys can get past this, and later on joke about it.

In the mean time, don't worry so much about it, unless like I said, it happens all the time...Shit happens man..


Even with my ex girlfriend, I'd get hard in .000033 seconds as soon as she stripped naked... Some days I could bust 3-4 times in a row, only break I took was to slip another condom on.... And then there were some nights where I'd bust a nut, then instantly go soft and nothing would get it up again..
