It's more of what you do with what you have.
for example: hit the gym, get some nice clothes and a haircut.
So how does the game change? quite a bit i would say from my own experience.

Posts: 204 | | The number of times I've been approached by women has gone up significantly since I started paying attention to my appearance. Also the number of IOIs I get has gone up quite a bit too.
To be honest I used to largely be ignored by women before I started making myself look better.
