There's no normal frequency. It's not like researchers could go around and effectively poll people to determine an average or anything. Plus it would vary based on a ton of different factors. Why does it matter anyway? It would only add unnecessary pressure for yourself if you knew, anyway.

how often do you go out? how tight is your game?
I'm new to PUA but before I knew about any of this, I would go out Fridays and Saturdays every week, usually to bars or clubs and I could usually pull 1 girl a week.

Just make yourself available, look good, smile, be friendly and if all else fails, hit on drunk chicks.
There are plenty of girls out there who go out every weekend just to hook up with guys, all you have to do is find them.

Before I met my ex wife I would go months without. Actually almost a year without once. But I didn't really make myself available, I didn't put much effort into girls and generally didn't try. After my divorce I got a big ass lake house and started partying all the time growing my social circle and basically playing the numbers game. I fucked at a minimum once every week or two. Sometimes a few different girls a week. Now I've gotten rid of the lake house and the lake is too low for the boat so I just use normal day/night game and I'd say that still the frequency is the same. A lot of my lays are repeats from the same girls. But I normally fuck at least one new girl a month. Sometimes that may be a one night stand or turn into a girlfriend. It's all random, but it all falls into a numbers game at the end. Just get out there and make an effort to meet new people. Even guys... you never know who has a hot cousin or will invite you to a bad ass party full of HB's

I don't say 'yep going out this day to game at this place', I go out when I feel like it and game where and if I want to. Don't feel like you have to set yourself days.

Do make sure to give yourself a kick up the arse though to do it, but don't pressure yourself on certain days. Do it when you feel like it, but just make sure you do it.

If you're curious, it's been ages for me. Mainly because I have been training for my new career for the past 8 months training 10 hours a day a 6 days a week and I just didn't want any female distractions.

But everyones different, saying 'OMG I need to get laid asap' is gonna put you in a bad frame and girls will sense it.
