Hey guys,

Have you ever found or still find it hard to maintain eye contact with a girl. I know that before I did what I am about to share with you I was a pussy when it came to looking a girl dead in the eyes and not like freak out. Here is a little truth I have found out: EVERYONE IS SOMEONE UNCOMFORTABLE WITH UNWAVERING EYE CONTACT.

Well what I did to get over that fact of when i look at a girl then look away right when they look at my or in my direction. I started playing a game with myself and seeing how many people i could beat. So what i did was if and when i locked eyes with someone no matter if i am at a stoplight or if i am in the mall or at a club, i just keep looking at them dead in there eyes til they look away. It will help you overcome how uncomfortable eye contact can be. And help build Alpha traits. Think of it kinda like when you look at your dog in the eyes and then it looks away because it is submissive to you, well do that with people and they will do pretty much the same or at least you should feel like that.

hahha, really good, always do that at the mall, most people freak out, the good part is when you do it with a girl and she maintains, awesome feeling.

Gonna do it more like you sad, just need to be careful the way you look in the person's eye, you don't want to look to a chick like a serial killer

Here is the problem with your approach right now to getting better at eye contact. Your doing it to complete strangers who your not interacting with. Even people who are really good at holding eye contact, don't do this because they know is kind of weird. Of course, if you see a cute girl, hold that eye contact

Here is what you need to do instead. Start practicing eye contact when your having conversation with everyone until it becomes 2nd nature.

0uch yeah that does i was saying as before your comfortable with any type of eye contact at all. Like if once you can maintain eye contact with strangers the practice with it in conversations. like my thing is like the first stepping stone.

the more you eye contact with people in a conversation the easier it gets to do it with other people. Once you do it with enough people it is as if everyone is your friend. Maybe I am crazy, but that's how I fixed my problem

Remember to smile/have a non creepy looking face.

Oh and while I'm talking about smiling and eye contact:

I always feel weird doing a full open mouth smile to someone when I didn't find anything funny. So I do a close mouth smile to people but this doesn't project as much confidence so any tips? I can't just do an open mouth smile without it feeling fake or weird.
