I took my target out to Chilli's for a day 2. A little trouble with coming up with stuff to say, but I was able to get the ball rolling in that. After dinner we went out to a bar where we have mutual friends. Everything seemed ok until I started to run out of stuff to talk I about. Almost like I stalled out. I moved her over to a pool table so we could talk more privately, and while playing pool with her, I noticed her giving me kissing iois. I wanted to use to 5 questions kiss close, but the moment passed. We finished the evening with a little ackwardly, because I was realizing I wasn't talking and started to get nervous and panic in my head a little. So at that point I started saying retarded shit. At the end she did say she wanted to go out again soon and she initiated a little kino by briefly holding my hand. I dis kiss her on the chee hen parting.

You're problem was reliance on routines. You wanted to use the 5 question k-close, why? Don't make excuses to kiss her just do it.

I think you need to step a little further outside your comfort zone, should have gone for a kiss.

As for running out of things to say, I do that too. But I find the more I think 'shit say something' I panic more and it becomes harder to think of something. Tip is to not think 'shit I gotta say something quickly' and instead look around for something to comment on, say anything that comes to your head, sing your favourite song if you want. I still haven't overcome this either so I'd like to see what others have to say.

Right on the spots. Every freaking girl I am talking to right now, never used a routine on. First make out was when the moment seem right, I just went for it. And it was not a kiss, it was a full on make out.

As been said before, you felt the need to use a routine to close rather than just doing it. Scripts can be nice if you have zero confidence, but once a situation falls outside the scope of that script you can get into trouble.
