It depends in what way she said it. If she said it as a joke I will just reflect it and make fun of her to and say something like " well, you look like shrek" not in a serious way and laugh. If she said I am ugly in a serious note it means she's rude and why would I want to be with a girl that's rude because this kills my attraction for her. And if I am not sure if she was serious or joking I would use it to my advantage and say something like "every girl that finds me attractive says that". The MAIN thing is to have a confident body language and be confident inside yourself. Don't acknowledge her words. Don't let them get to you. Don't overreact. If it was a joke, understand her personality and realize that she didn't mean to offend. Realize that if she actually thought you were ugly, she probably wouldn't say it to your face, it'd be like calling someone with Down's a retard. React to jokes by exaggerating your own jokes, "Yeah well you're stupid and your feet smell."

If she was being offensive, you should react. You can have a reaction without it becoming overreaction. If you lost your attraction for her, say "That was rude." and turn away. It's her loss if she doesn't fight to get you back after that.

Jeffy of RSD used to just respond with "your mom is xxx" with xxx is whatever she said, like in this case , laugh as say "your mom is ugly" then laugh. Its not mature or smart but it gets the point across and these are both default passes to a shit test.
