I'm heading over to Miami this summer and was wondering how do i go about getting girls because i'm not 21 yet. Also, i'm only going with adults so i have no wings. This will be a good test, by the way i look about 28 to some people lol ( I'm 20) I'm from England, any benefits because of the accent or don't American girls like that or cuban lol

Oh man. English accent in Miami. You gon get laid boy, dont even worry. Look up some "18 to party, 21 to drink" clubs online and go party.
