The answer is easy, sir.

Be selfish. Be self motivated, be self amused, be self happy, be self confident, draw everything from within. Instead of gaming girls to impress them, game girls to impress yourself (self amusement). Instead looking for happy emotions from girls or from your environment, draw happy emotions from within (default state is happiness). Instead of anchoring your confidence by validation from others, develop confidence from with in (core confidence or deep root of self). Instead of demonstrating value to girls, assume or self proclaim value from within. You see once you've experienced all the emotions that pick up has brought you and you've seen them all ... what is next? Therefore, seek happiness from within. Sounds very hippish but, shit man, mine as well try it since you've tried the ladder and it proved you to be unhappy. I recommend you go check out Real Social Dynamics Nation, read the book The Fountain Head by Ayn Rand. The author, Ayn Rand, constructed this character named Howard Roark. Through the main character, Howard Roark, Ayn Rand show's the reader how a true successful man should act and pursue and live his life. She also develops other characters who is the opposite who are unhappy because they develop and pursue success to achieve prestige. Prestige is being successful not to satisfy one self, but to make other see that your are successful (Basically, feed the ego or seek validation). This book is very enlightening, philosophical, and entertaining to read! The author develops a plot were the whole world tries to hinder the main character of him trying to achieve what he wants. The awesome thing about this is that he was able to win at the end with his own will power, following his own principle, and staying true to himself. Hahaha, sound cheesy but man, try reading a like 5 pages of the book and if it bores you then you can stop. But if it proves to interest you continue ^_^. I hate reading books and this book got me hooked!

Sorry for the rant ^_^ ... but I believe that your un happiness can be re framed to happiness. Through the ideas I've read from The Founthead and the teachings of Real Social Dynamics. The crew of RSD has experienced what you are experiencing and found a way of living to counter it developed through expereince! If you want proof go read the book by Jlaix (aka Jeff Allen), the book/manuscript is called Nine Ball. If you think your shit is bad ... go read this guys story.

I hope that help sir ^_^,

Donston ....

PS: I said happiness is the default state of human beings ... I dare you to experiment meditating for 20 minutes. But, for that 20 minutes, meditate by thinking of nothing. Absolutely nothing. This will be hard to do at first. You may only achieve this for like 10 seconds .... but for that 10 seconds you may feel happy within. I can only achieve 5 minutes of meditating of nothing ... it's that most happiest I feel all day ^_^ ... fucked up shit!
