So there's this HB8 that I know. I don't know her too well. We're Facebook friends and for the most part that's it. When she sees me (when she's drunk), she'll come up to me and hug me and say hey and then she'll leave and talk to someone else. I see her about once a week at some random party because we have mutual friends and normally when I see her she's talking to some guy... different guy each time, but I'm sure she doesn't get around too much. My problem is how do I get her to slow down and have a conversation with me? And when I do what kind of routine should I set up? I'm never really bad with girls... especially with the ones I know... but this one's got me baffled because she's a cute girl and she's social so she bounces around quite a bit no matter what party we're at.
