So I got into the game over the summer, while I was alone in Europe, and was sarging hard core. Going out solo 4x a week and approaching hundreds of women, day and night. Towards the end I made alot of progress, being able to regularly pull numbers, kiss closes, and even several SNLs.

Most importantly, my inner game changed. I began to have real confidence around women, that anxiety i felt when I used to talk to a cute girl vanished. It was awesome.

Fast forward, I move back to LA, rejoin my old social scene, and slowly get back into my old frame. First the routines and intuition I used to have were forgotten. And now, I can see the confidence and inner game I built slowly ebbing away.

Is this normal? Has this happened to others? If so, how do I fight it? What can I do to prevent the inevitable? To grow and not to sink back?

this is just normal. start going out again, and in a couple of weeks you'll get back into the summer form.

just don't be harsh on yourself, cause it won't be easy the first couple of times you go out.

as for the inner game, it hasn't change during those couple of months you did good. it was just a glimpse of your true potential. it takes years to completely change your inner game.

i went through this process like 4 or 5 times. nowdays, even if not clubbing for a month, i know that i'm just a little rusty, and it doesn't effect my inner game, which wasn't the case in the past.
