Didn't read the second one, but what I do get from you is a feeling you don't really know where you're going and what's your goal. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Although from this perspective M3 models and some similar shit are fucking stupid, but it's good too be aware of those checking points. What do I want with this girl? Does she like me? What do I have to push this interaction? Am I enjoying this?

Try to see the big picture instead of focusing on details. If you have problem with a particular area, address it by all means. But don't wander around worrying if this is AFC. I want to get my message acrosed and I want to enjoy my interactions with girls. When that is not the case, not need for me to lose time.

Hope this helps.
