Posts: 42 | | Hey guys,
so I met a friend's friend at a common gathering. didn't get her number. Asian, so am I.
so I got her number from the mutual friend and asked her out over the phone. I figured, i got nothing to lose, might as well try to get a date. During the phone convo I said that "if I didn't take the opportunity to ask her out, I would regret it later on".
I am meeting her this Saturday for lunch.
What should I do over text message before that? Or just wait until Saturday? How do you guys think I should approach it?

Posts: 153 | | You should just wait. You could also send a message Saturday saying "hey Jane Doe, I might be ten minutes late for lunch, something came up." This way her response will give you a heads up to whether she plans on flaking or not. But I would just leave it alone and game new girls in the meantime......
