This is how it'd work: The skilled person will run a profile for the "newbie" and talk to women for him and soften them up for the "newbie".
I assume this will get locked soon, but I'm going to go ahead and throw my two cents in first. Your idea is centered around lying to women. Your "business model" doesn't actually teach a guy how to be better with women, it just delays his interactions.
