This is a type I'm not 100% used to so I'm wondering if I'm doing the right thing?

HB7.5 she is 29 and I'm 26.

She is the dominant female in her social group and seems to have a lot of orbit guys who are afc.

Met her on POF

First date went very well. Lots of kino and kissing. We both got drunk and she admitted to text gaming me (waiting hours to reply).

A few days after the date the text gaming was beginning to annoy me especially as she was logged into POF inbetween texting. Right from the start I'd always waited an equal amount of time to text back.

I stupidly called her out as I've always had girls hound me with texts and I'm the aloof person. She did it to me lol. I took it as a lack of intrest so I basically said I wasn't really up for games as I prefer a more genuine person.

Tried to get her to qualify herself. It worked as she opened right up and said that she needs 3 dates before she generally makes up her mind if it's going to work. Then she invests 110%. She also took my equal lack of texting as a sign of me not being that interested. She then proceeded to delete her POF account and said that I'm the only guy that she is dating as she will only date one at a time. She said she deleted her account as she didn't want any misunderstandings because the first period of dating can be full of them.

On her drunk moment on her first date she said that she always gets the needy guys who text her 3 times for every one that she sends. She found that a turn off.

Second date on Friday there. Everything was as good as the first date! Lots of passionate kissing. She said she finds being passionate tough in the beginning. Though she seemed to enjoy my advances.

So far I've played it cool and said I just go one date at a time and just see what happens.

The 3rd date is set up for valentines day (Tuesday). I wasn't sure if it was the right move to ask her out on valentines day as it's only been two dates. Though I just thought fuck it...if I don't get her out on valentines day then someone else will!

Her aloofness over text combined with the awesomeness of our dates has completely thrown me.

Where do you guys think I stand? Am I gaming this type of girl the right way? Any suggestions?

Tuesday will be the 3rd date and she said she needs 3 to make her mind up fully. Should I play on this a bit (tease the situation) or just ignore?
