I feel like i should improve on looking people in the eyes, especially when im gaming.
What are some tips or links to articles?

Eye contact is really important.

My general rule is to make the woman break eye contact first.
Why?
Because it actually shows a sign of dominance.

When i was an AFC if i made eye contact with a girl i would usually look away after like 2 seconds. I would get nervous or think that I'm being creepy. but guess what?

IT'S NOT CREEPY AT ALL

Remember she is looking at you just as much as you are looking at her.

Also do not smile or give a possitive facial expression unless you recieve an IOI during eye contact. otherwise you will be creepy

Keep your face calm, relaxed and inviting
practice in the mirror

but definately try to make her break eye contact before you do.

You have to be aware of how incredibly important eye contact is, the thing is that it's not only eye contact it's about body language as well. If you have a good eye contact but a "bad" body language it's going to look strange.

hahahaha not like that, don't keep eye contact with everyone! That would be weird. Do it when you are talking to someone, when you see a girl in the metro looking at you. Look at her and don't look back until she does the same.

Talk to people, specially girls, and keep the eye contact. You will get use to it, just practice and realize that there are lots of different types of eye contact AND it's not only about eye contact, body language is crucial. Did you check the Marlon Brando video?

yeah i know the basics of body language, its just i can only keep eye contact for a little bit then i have to look away. Then i can look at them again i just get this weird feeling. but when im drunk eye contact isn't a problem its weird..

You don't have to keep the eye contact during the entire interaction, you can look somewhere else when she asks you a question, if you checked the Marlon Brando video you saw that he looks around the room but then he looks back at the other guys and wel... you can see how intense he is.

How to train eye contact? On every occasion you talk to someone. Try to train it. I know its hard but try to keep the conversation intresting. If you need some occasion go shopping and talk to the best looking sellswoman and look her into the eyes. You look stranger without eyecontact than with. So its a win win situation!

Some of you are talking wrong, one gave marlon brando - this stuff is for dominance against males, better suited for prison and not for looking at women.
Another person said "do not smile as it is creepy" - wtf are you talking about - smiling is not creepy, staring for long period of time without smiling is definitely creepier. You do not want to scare them.

i find it easier to stare at one eye, it keeps you focused and prevents your eyes from trying to wonder

You do realize if the person is looking directly at you they can tell both of your eyes are fixated on the one. It's creepy, actually.
