i just approached 2 hotties. we were both waiting for the light to turn green (pedestrians not in a car) , they were across, coming towards me, I was going toward them.
so the light turned green and we started walking, getting closer, getting closer, then I told one of them she was pretty and planted my feet like you guys said I should, and she was willing to talk more...this was in the middle of the street, where pedestrians walk...I know its weird because the light could turn red any time and the cars could run us over...but anyway, the friend said "let's go let's go" and took this chance away from me. damn the friend only if she was not there.
how do you handle such situations when the friend is being a bitch?

It's all about keeping the other person engaged as well, if there is a guy there with you then ask him to help you out.
If the friends something "bitchy" do not match that ok, no matter what she says she can't get you angry. You can set a frame like " isn't your friend nice" this is just an example.
