Some people have been telling me that's soliciting for sex. And I'm like it can't be, people do it all the time. It would only be illegal if the other person is underage.

Definition of soliciting is asking or trying to obtain something from someone, I just googled it. Just trying to play the devil's advocate here, make sure everything is clear.
