LOL why does everyone on here beef each other. Bitches are the real problem.
FOR REAL. Why's everyone hating on each other??
I love parties. Parties are my bread and butter. I can go into a house party only knowing one person, and by the end every single person loves me, I've been making out with the hottest girl, and I get invited to all their parties after that.
I've heard many times to keep your energy one notch above everyone else's. I've begun to notice myself doing that, but it didn't help me when I started. I'll revise this to say that if everyone is standing, you shouldn't be sitting. Stand and move more often than you sit and relax.
Say hi to everyone immediately as you see them. Whether they're new to you or old, saying hi and learning their name will establish you as confident. How many times have you walked into a place, noticed someone beside you, but no one made a move to greet the other? It was weird, and you probably didn't talk to them that night. Meet people right away, it's actually very easy in a party setting.
Don't play beer pong unless your target is on your team. Cheer loudly and be friendly when watching beer pong.
Dance floors at parties are awesome. People interact with each other more than at clubs. Learn to notice the ebb and flow of the dancing. Sometimes it will peak. Then people gradually make their way off the floor, and it dies out for a while. Then, when people tire of other things, they come back. When you sense the dance floor picking back up, get in there, be loud and friendly.
^On that note. It can sometimes be intimidating to dance with hot girls. One trick is to grind your ass into a hottie. This is the reverse of normal grinding. She'll laugh, it'll be fun and relieve tension. Then pay attention to someone else for a little while, before coming back to grind properly with the hot girl.
Most of all, have fun.
