Hey everyone, people always mention non verbal signs are more important than what you say or do, but I am wondering in specifics what kind of non verbal things do they mean/ or should i be doing? thanks

If you're deeply interested in this topic, read The Definitive Book of Body Language by Allan and Barbara Pease. It's about 430 pages but a very quick read (I finished it in a day). After reading it, I'm amazed at how much better I can read people and express myself without even saying anything.
