My response, though, would be something along the lines of "I agree, we're exact opposites". Depending on the context (again, you were too vague so I don't know enough about the situation), throw in a slick "We could never date" or "We'd never work out".
The last thing you want to do is start naming off a list of things you have in common because you'll clearly be trying to qualify yourself.
