Which one's better? To me it looks like the poker face is better because you're more congruent and much more intimidating and strong. It's like when you get embarassed from an accident and everyone's laughing around you and you're laughing as well to cover it up or overcompensate for it. Wouldn't it also come off more genuine?

I always smile naturally, so that means it's the wrong thing to do. Therefore, poker face is the way to go.

According to Allan Pease body language expert, BL is read in clusters so no one gesture alone will communicate information, rather it's the combination of multiple gestures. Voice volume/tonality body distance, facial twitches ect.

The real question is, what are you trying to communicate and go from there.

The first thing that came to my mind was this epic facial expression.
