At the same time, there are 2 other girls that I'm talking to. I have a date with one of them on Thursday. The problem is I kind of feel guilty about it even though I know I'm not doing anything wrong. How do you find a balance between knowing that the best way to get that 1 girl is to date around and stay abundant with wanting her to be your gf and having feelings for her? It's a bit of a conundrum for me.

You just started talking to a girl, which means you don't know her that well. Dating is a screening process for everyone to see if the people they date are compatible for what they want. If you date 3 girls, and one stands out through dating, you can decide what to do. Those other 2 girls could be really cool, too, one could be even better than your current pick. That's the point of dating, to figure it out.
Side note, can we all come together as a gender and stop saying "talking to" for "dating?"
