Okay, I've read a lot of PUA theory, I've bought guru videos, listened to them very carefully, and have worked on creating a more attractive lifestyle, and have gotten a lot more confident just talking to people in stores and around town. I've worked on approach anxiety and confidence.

What's really holding me back is seeing girls my age (25ish) around town. And that gives me a feeling of massive scarcity, as opposed to abundance.

My problem is actually finding girls that I'd want to ask out. I'm not very social and I don't drink, so I'm really not hanging around bars/clubs. I know I need to make an effort to do this, but how?

I need you guys to fill me in on how this works. You just go into any random bar, order a drink, and look around for chicks? What if you don't see any decent ones? How long do you linger? Or you change locations by visiting 10 bars on one night? Does this have to be a stand-alone bar or a bar inside a restaurant will do?

It just baffles me that I can go to a regular bar solo, order a drink, sit around, spot a girl, and chat her up. Is that how it works? Even if the girl is there, wouldn't she be completely occupied with someone else (friends, etc)?

Suggestions please.

Quickest way to help you out:

1. forget everything you have learn.

2. Start learning a system that breaks pick up down, step by step. Mystery method is perfect example. Mystery method breaks down pick up in stages such as A1 A2 A3, etc...When you do this, don't learn every thing at once. Just learn A1, and practice that on first 15 sets. After that, learn A2, and practice get to that for at least another 15 sets, continue this.

3. Along that way, on when your not sarging and your free. Get books on body language, Voice, and some inner game stuff (RSD blueprint is my favorite so far for innergame)

4. This is not a over night fix. It will take you minimum of 1 year, and that is only if you put in a lot of work into it. At normal rate, probably 2 years. Best you can do is have fun with. Enjoy your nights out.

If you have love for the game, I guarantee you, you will love the learning process, and your results are gonna be much faster. If you hate the game, your probably not gonna get anywhere.

Here's what you do. YOU WALK IN, YOU OPEN THE FIRST SET ON THE LEFT. It doesn't go that good. You open a few more. One sets finally hooks. 15 minutes later you are in the STATE and you stop asking yourself stupid question.

I assume that people enjoy meeting new people. Once you figure that out it gets way easier.
