Im getting annoyed because when Im direct at a party Im not getting too many results. But when Im indirect, neg, play harder to get.... I get results.

My stupid theory behind this.
At a party everyone is drunk so they are hitting on girls... being direct is common. and a lot of chumps are direct without even having real confidence...

In day game it is totally different. It takes massive confidence to be direct.

so is there merit to this?

What you are talking about is something Mystery used to tell people too. THe PUA is always the exception to the rule.

If you behave like a jock, you will be competing in the jock league. If you behave like a nerd you will compete in the nerdgames. If you are a rockstar you will compete with the other rockstars. So yes, if you are difficult to fit into any group, people wont really know what standards they should use to size you up and they just have to decide if they like you or not.

It can make it easier to approach too since girls are normally tired of being approached by the same kind of guys they always are.
