How would you go about approaching these chicks who aren't dancing but have been watching me for a while?

go up to them and either make them dance with you by taking their hand and lead them to the dance floor, or tell them that there's gonna be a dance showdown between you and her and tell her to show you what moves she's got.

when dancing with a girl you want to kino escalate slowly and fast in a short space of time. do some low grade stuff first like salsa and spin her around abit. and then escalate more by putting you hands on her hips and make her move them. then you can turn yourself around so you have her back towards her, shake your ass and take both of her hands and place them on your ass. girls love this and will go crazy.

then you get closer to her, place her arms around your neck, have your hands placed around her back and waist area. also to escalate things more, brush her inner thighs using your leg placed in between her legs.

when you've done all of this and gearing up for the kiss close, start getting more close by smelling her hair and neck, then brush your check against hers, make a little peck on her check very lightly and then go for the kiss on her lips. then you have her.
