Sticking point...no messages back but in person she tries to get my attention and talk.

A friend of my sisters keeps giving me strong eye contact at parties. I number and fb closed her but nob messages back at all, but the last time I saw her, we were at a bar and we made eye contact and she held out her index finger like she wanted me to stop and talk for a second. So I said hi and gave her a hug. Then I walked away. I wasn't sure of what to make of it because she never replies back. Anyways I started playing pool and I noticed her passing me by frequently to use the rest room.

The tables are right next to the restrooms, however she passed by about 3-4 times about 5 feet away. She made eye contact for a split second and then looked away when I looked at her. Then just before the bar closed I saw her come by a couple more times. In the parking lot, she shouted my name and I went over to her and gave her a hug goodbye bit when I got in my car she drove by and honors her horn. I saw all these as IOIS, maybe proximity and also she gave good hugs no pitty pats.

Do I try to message her where age probably won't reply? Or do I wait until the next time I see her in person and open her? Orr just move on your thoughts. :D  :?:
