How did you stop nervous swallowing?

Get a bit nervous. Then suddenly there is more spit in your mouth. Hard to speak without swallowing.

Aside from getting less nervous, say it happens anyway. Any ideas instead of fake nose blowing to mask it?

And yeah I know *fix your inner game blah blah blah. I am.
I'm swallowing less and less ... ew gross

There isn't much you can do about the amount of saliva you're mouth produces until you are really confident in a situation, but instead if you just take a little longer to answer back, ponder a bit, you can easily fit in a swallow and make it look quite natural.... This will also give you time to think about what you are going to say back, perhaps something funnier or smarter than what your initial response would have been. You'll impress her and make better progress with women, your confidence will grow and the saliva will stop!.... unless she's really hot.... then it happens to all of us, lol.
