So last night i was at a party, everyone was dancing and the SPAM was just crazy. Everyone was having fun, except these 3 HB8-9s standing by themselves in a circle. Teach me how to bernie comes on and everyone is dancing to it, I go over to them and say something like "do you guys know how to bernie?" (acting like i don't), and they say yes but they aren't going to do it unless i do. So i let them know that i'll need a demonstration and then i can try it. They say no and that they won't do it unless i do it (they probably would not have done it still). So i end up excusing myself and find 3 other girls who all end up doing the bernie with me.

How do you bypass that? I'm not trying to hook up with them, just trying to get them in the SPAM and make sure everyone is having as much fun as possible.

So it sounds like if something similar like that happens again, neg to get them more open and talk to the uglier one to gauge the other's reactions?
